This from GOG's annual report:

"The company believes at this time that the arbitration hearing will take place in late May, 2010."

GOG blames the arbitration process for a general lack of activity on many fronts - exploration, ability to raise new funding etc. Frustrating for the shareholders when the matters under dispute seem relatively trivial. GOG thinks it might take over operations at San Diego once the dispute is settled. From a shareholder perspective it would seem that ECU would be the preferred operator.
