I think this move was taken in an effort to further dillute shares.

Regardless of the matter it will be months before we would be in a position to comment further on the PP.

I know Marc is doing the best he can to achieve a high ROI for all Goldnev investors and in these preliminary stages I feel that the PP offering will help us down the road.

I am more concerned with the market at the moment. I thought that our news today would spark more interest especially with the Oil market there for the taking
