Being a past owner of SGX I am leary of any form of partnership; jv, merger, take over etc.

GRC is still ingesting the merger wich IMHO will take alot of mgmnts time. While this is going on an aggressive drill campaign has been announced wich will further fill managements plate. As for SGX all I see at this time is nothing but some scratch and sniff tests (Which have not added value) and massive dillution of that low value asset .

I would be happy just to have GRC continue its planned exp[loration and continue to add value through the bit!
