in the open market in the last 12 months. More that 700k dollars of that has been since mid November.

The other thing I love about this company is that some of the major players of the company are from Pacific Rubiales which also operates in Columbia. These guys have done very well in Columbia and other Latin American countries and were heavily rewarded with their stock price going from $2 to $34 dollars over a 2 year span. We also have some political clout with:

Maria Consuelo Araujo (President, Chief Executive Officer)

Former Minister of Foreign Affairs of Colombia. Previously served as Minister of Culture from 2002 to 2006. Diplomat & Economist by trade with postgraduate studies in Colombia and the UK. Substantial business education and experience. Currently a Director of ISA, the largest electrical utility company in Latin America.

Here are a few other noteworthy Bios:

Serafino Iacono (Executive Co-Chairman)

Mr. Iacono has over twenty seven years of experience in capital markets and public companies and has raised more than three billion dollars for numerous natural resource projects internationally. He is currently the Executive Co-Chairman and a director of Pacific Rubiales and Pacific Coal Resources Ltd., a director of Alange Energy Corp. and the Interim President and Chief Executive Officer and a director of Medoro Resources Ltd. Mr. Iacono was also a co-founder of Bolivar Gold Corp, Pacific Stratus Energy among others and is involved in numerous resource and business ventures in Latin America, Canada and United States.

Miguel de la Campa (Executive Co-Chairman)

More than 30 years of experience in the financing and development of mining, oil and other resource projects. Former President and co-founder of Bolivar Gold Corp. and co-founder of Pacific Stratus Energy and Petro Rubiales (now Pacific Rubiales Energy).

Donald East (Chief Operating Officer)

Over 35 years of experience in managing major project studies around the world, including Yanacocha in Peu - one of Latin America's most important gold mines. Mr. East held positions as Project Director at Gold Field's Cerro Corona project, Chief Advisor - Project Studies for Rio Tinto's La Granja project, Development Manager for Anglo American's Michiguillay project and Senior Project Manager of Hatch Associates.

Jose R. Oro (VP Production and Corporate Development)

Geologist and engineer with 35 years of global mining experience. Was in charge of re-starting Kirkland Lake Gold's Macassa mine and 1,500 tpd mill. Chief Exploration Manager at US$650 million Loma de Nickel project in Venezuela, as well several other mines and large exploration programs for precious and base metals. Former Director of the Ministry of Basic Industries of Cuba with post graduate degrees in Remote Sensing and Geological Exploration. Member of Coopers & Lybrand Latin American Corporate Financing team.
Strong management, World Class Asset, Access to capital and a great entry point...This to me is like a Christmas gift. However, the chart is still signalling danger and therefore, one needs to stay on top of things until we establish a clear uptrend!
