Nitinat are in the process of addressing comments received from the TSX Venture and the OSC. They are also awaiting the completion of their 43-101 from their geologist with their proposed drilling program going forward.

Once the TSX and OSC approve then a revised Prospectus will be filed out with the set details.

Their symbol will be NNT but it's not finalized. They are expected to start trading within the next 2 months. As far as raising funds they have received interest from many investors once the final prospectus will be completed. The stock price has not been determined as of yet due to market conditions.

For the investors on record of July 30,2007 once the prospectus is closed we should then receive our shares on a pro rata basis.
