Ithaca announced today the the 140 million is official.

The timing couldn't have been more suspicious. I am left wondering if the private placement was needed to raise cash to secure the financing.

I am also wondering if the royal bank of scotland was in on the UK side of buying the shares at 107p

If they are, this would be as shady as I have seen them.

Would be curious to know the answer to that one.
