I've read a lot of mainstream media reports on the CFTC hearings and have seen no mention of Murphy's so-called "smoking gun" whistleblower on precious metals manipulation.

However, the emails and details of his proof are posted on the GATA website-http://www.gata.org/node/8466.

Note how the CFTC ignored the trader who blew the whistle. Looks like the CFTC is as efficient on this as the SEC was regarding Bernie Madoff.
