AGORACOM NEWS FLASH

Dear Agoracom Family,

I want to thank all of you for your patience with us over the past 48 hours and apologize for what was admittedly a botched launch of our new site.

As you can see, we have reverted back to the previous version of the site while we address multiple forum functionality flaws that inexplicably made their way into the launch.

To this end:

1.We have identified 8 fundamental but easily fixable flaws that will be corrected in the coming week, so that you can continue to use the forums exactly as you've been accustomed to.

2.Additionally we will also be implementing a couple of design improvements to "tighten up" the look and feel of the forums.

Sincerely,

George et al

Val-d’Or, Quebec, February 4, – Knick Exploration Inc. (TSX-V: KNX)

("Knick Exploration" or "the Company") has mobilized a geophysical crew to its 100% owned Ogden gold property in Timmins, Ontario. Magnetic, VLF-electromagnetic and induced polarization surveys (I.P.) will be performed over 65 kilometres of recently cut grid in preparation for an upcoming drill program.

Reconnaissance geophysics (induced polarization) was performed by Inmet Mining Corporation covering a limited area on the western part of the property in 1997. A number of untested anomalies, interpreted as related to bed rock sources, were delineated, suggesting that complete I.P. coverage of the property would reveal other potential bedrock anomalies. These anomalies could then be drilled to test their gold bearing potential.

On the property a historical drill hole returned 6.0g/t of gold over 9.1m (1965 Tex-Sol Exploration
