03:07 PM EDT, 04/28/2020 (MT Newswires) -- Kootenay Silver (KTN.V) on Tuesday said it expects delay filing its 2019 financial statements, taking advantage of relief granted by securities regulators from the previous Apr.29 deadline because of Covid-19 quarantines.

The company said there have been no material developments for its business since it last filed a management discussion and analysis.

Kootenay Silver said it has C$6.7 million of available cash and no debt.

The company's shares were last seen up C$0.01 to C$0.21 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
