Dear Agoracom Family,

I want to thank all of you for your patience with us over the past 48 hours and apologize for what was admittedly a botched launch of our new site.

As you can see, we have reverted back to the previous version of the site while we address multiple forum functionality flaws that inexplicably made their way into the launch.

To this end:

1.We have identified 8 fundamental but easily fixable flaws that will be corrected in the coming week, so that you can continue to use the forums exactly as you've been accustomed to.

2.Additionally we will also be implementing a couple of design improvements to "tighten up" the look and feel of the forums.

LNG Energy Ltd. ("LNG" or the "Company") (TSX Venture -- LNG) is pleased to announce that it has closed its previously announced acquisition of Kunagu Real Estate S.A. ("Kunagu").

As a result, LNG has increased its ownership from a 12% to 20% net interest in a shale gas exploration project in Poland. The remaining 80% of the project is held by Sorgenia E&P S.p.A. (27%), Rohol-Aufsuchungs Aktiengesellschaft (26%) and BKX International Holdings Inc. (27%). LNG has also increased its ownership from 60% to 100% of BWB Exploration, LLC, which holds approximately 2,800 acres of oil and gas leases in Carter County, Oklahoma and an estimated 65,000 acres of leases in the Black Warrior Basin of Mississippi and Alabama.
