What I was alluding to was the agreement struck with HOC is now on SEDAR. I haven't had a chance to read the document however I will before the shareholder vote. I was not impressed that little tidbits of the agreement started to surface, ie. shareholder plan, well after the original announcement. Do they really think we are going to approve the increase to 35% without numbers attached and at the same time give up our poison pill? As for keeping the SP down for the next 15%, I doubt HOC is in a position to be controlling the SP, at least not blatantly.
