Looks like just as I thought lockdown is over Argentina's President extended it up to May 10. The interesting detail thou - it mentions city with 500K population and over. Is that mean that rural area can go back to the business as normal? We know that Livent already operating, why not LAC ? Would be nice if LAC management put up a statement , all nations are slowly opening up and some kind of plan  needs to be put into action now.
