I gave a 5 minutes search on this matter. It seems to me, that this „insider transaction“ is a technical glitch. My speculation is that someone has forgotten to file the report when it should have. The code 37 is used for “Stock split or consolidation”. There was no stock split nor consolidation reported recently. When you divide the “higher” amount by the “lower” the value is 4, so it is just a housekeeping. Just my 2 cents...
