Just taking this item off the Discussion Forum and bringing it here to the Off Topic Forum since it is a problem for Ormat Technologies and not a lithium mining situation, however, the challenges presented to Ormat Technologies in proceeding to construct their geothermal energy plant are similar in some respects to the situation presently facing LAC's effort to bring to construction viability the Thacker Pass Lithium Clay Mine Project.  The two situations have a lot in common so perhaps we can learn from the travails of Ormat?
