First of all here CLF must deal with HBM, so 138% is to small, and second the Biggest investors except HBM are in BMK for 40 Cents, warrants at 50 Cents, that means at least 60 Cents if offer will work, so any kind of pathetic 30 Cents will not gonna work here...
