I added my personal opinions before I read your reply. We both lack confidence in what we are being told. Being unsure why there's no traction after working like a dog on this product with partners for years just makes no sense to any of us!

It was not specifically said that the Type 1 trial was non-inferiority, but both trial types were mentioned together as approval defined by non-inferiority. The definition of the Type 2 trial is that the superiority element does not determine drug approval but that it will determine the market application.
