OOG has had similar models on the link library since Jan 2013. They assume an average maintenance cost per patient and a market penetration assumption to determine potential company revenue. Then he makes reasonable assumptions for cost of sales to obtain net income. Once net income is available applying number of shares outstanding and a PE multiple gets share price.
