I am only posting them here because he is not, and I sincerely hope he returns. I do NOT wirte these post, I simply copy and paste, therefore I would prefer that you NOT vote for them as I am benefiting from Al's words.

Rather, to show your support for Al and his morning thoughts, I suggest you either post thank you messages to Al (e.g. Thanks Al EOM), or contact him by PM and urge him to return.
