The Moly Dome Mo-Cu-Re-Au-Ag property is located 120 kilometers ("km") north-northwest of Elko, in the Edgemont Mining District, on the western edge of the Bull Run Mountains . The Property comprises a contiguous block of 126 unpatented lode mining claims totaling approximately 2,500 acres, located within the Petan Ranch, which owns the adjoining private property. Mexivada controls a 100% interest in the claims through staking.

Fault-controlled molybdenite-bearing quartz veins at the Burns mine, located approximately 10 miles southeast of the Property, trend northwest and dip steeply southwestward. These veins are cut by a northeast-trending fault system. Targeted deposit types are Davidson, Mt. Hope- or Robinson- type disseminated- and vein-style molybdenum-copper-rhenium mineralization related to porphyry intrusions, with peripheral enrichments in gold and silver. The nearby Ashdown molybdenum-gold property of Golden Phoenix Minerals Inc., located approximately 225 km west of Moly Dome, also contains by-product later-event gold, along with high-grade molybdenum.

The additional presence of quartz veining and disseminated gold-silver mineralization at the site of the old shaft suggests that later gold mineralization is also present, which also occurs at the Ashdown molybdenum mine.

Sample 190055 was anomalous in molybdenum, returning 0.142% Mo. Older, yellow-brownish vein quartz with abundant blebby azurite and malachite was found cutting the Paleozoic rocks, suggesting the presence of copper mineralization at depth also.

The initial three IP lines indicated the presence of several moderate strength IP chargeability anomalies, including one directly beneath the Moly shaft, where quartz-molybdenite mineralization is exposed at the surface.

Molybdenite mineralization was noted in all 3 drill holes however no conclusions can be drawn as to the nature or extent of such mineralization prior to the receipt of assays
