Wow, took an extra long weekend to return this news ouch!

I am at a loss regarding this CTO. Here is to hoping it is just a short term delay.

Regarding recent discussions:

Any company having issues raising capital and/or finding partners as a result of negative comments or a suggestion of a revolt in an investor hub board is a questionable investment at best. Neither I nor any colleague has ever heard of such a situation.

Secondly in my years in this business have I have never witnessed a securities commission initiate a CTO based on the negative comments of displeased investors......ever! Such actions are based on a company's actions or inaction....not the shareholders. While unsatisfied investors can certainly express their concern to a regulatory body. Beyond initiating an investigation, actions imposed on a publicly traded company are the result of conclusions based on fact.
