If Higgins can testify

and

B&O are not disqualified

this will still continue

for well into the year I

don`t think INTEL will give up

that soon. So as I said before

`DEAD money for another year`

It has been dead money for the two years I`ve

been lured in.

No contracts & broken promises

and a fair amount of deceptive PR`s.
