If that were the case [PS3] there would be no reason to keep it quiet because that would be tremendous leverage to use against others still unsigned.

As I see it, Sony probably would not want it publically known and TPL TT&C would probably oblige, given their history.. but you can bet all the other `infringers` would certainly be informed.. after all, that would be tremendous leverage..

Just speculation
