I can`t see the J-3 settling and paying a (much) higher licensing fee than Fujitsu. The J-3 must have a plan of their own that they`ve been working on since the beginning and I believe that plan involves a fight with us. Thankfully, things are a bit different now that SONY, Nikon, Seiko and Pentax have signed on - IMO. Pointing to the recent settlements is a way to save face for the J-3.
Hopefully big egos won`t come into play and good business sense will prevail.
