I think you missed a post where I gave MO on this.... But, if ARM doesn`t have the cash, and can`t get the financing, there are other options that could be pursued. One might be having them make installemnt payments other several/many years. Another might be to accept a ``lighter`` up-front licensing fee (to cover all past infringement) and ongoing royalties (to cover future infringement, until it ceases).

But I KNOW nuttin`!
