FWIW my contact has reviewed the Ledzius patent 4,691,124 and he doesn't believe that the '336 and the '124 are claiming the same things. He was talking about 'tracking' and how the tracking on the '336 is equal in some way to the energy put into the clock and the energy seen in the circuits. In the '124s he was saying that with the delays, etc., the tracking isn't the same...
