The good news imo is that control of the company will soon be in the hands of the Retail investor for the first time ever. My guess is within one year of even less. This assumes that S/L will continue to be capped at 9.9% level of course.

Insider ownership is still minimal and even when/if options are exercised the voting majority will be RETAIL. Will we be able to better form a BOD? Push the direction? Have a "Brian" to make things happen? Should be interesting.
