The restricted share purchase, now known to be a seperate matter, seems to suggest an ongoing relationship with us.

``maintainence fee`` is interesting and it will be even more interesting to see if royalties hit our books 45 days after AMD`s next quarter. That would suggest IMO that their current products were infringing (prior to licensing)and we will actually have a royalty revenue stream going forward. Really happy for long longs. Joe
