1 -buy... settlement happens and shortly after JT buys another company like he said he was ging to do (and most here prefer) 

2 -get bought... as part of the settlement MATSUSHITA buys PTSC for X times PPS on a certain (past or future) date - which is more to PHOLs ideals. (i think this would be as big of a win under the right conditions)
