that hardly mentions the J-3. He could simply state that the J-3 dispute is finally all behind us and now we've got "more than several" big name companies in the pipe-line waiting to sign-up and we will hear about them in the near future - this would obviously help our SP.

I hope there is a very good reason for Turley not issuing such a statement - it is causing a lot of uncertainty by not issuing one.
