whether they like it or not imo. They are first and foremost, safe from Intel(I`m sure they have positioned themselves with us to prevent any Intel takeover)and they are safe from infringment, tho they need to make royalty payments.

PTSC felt, at the time, that Moore/TPL were asking for too much but if TPL were to prevail in ownership rights,I believe TPL and PTSC would have to come to an agreement together. Neither want the reduction in value that a non-agreement would bring.

We are vulnerable to TPL selling out to Intel rather than striking a deal with us though. If Intel shelves the patent we are left with AMD and it`s customers alone.But AMD can`t walk away from us either for fear of Intel getting to our share of ownership.

Just my worst case musings...hoping for 100% ownership and all our fears will be moot.
