This is why I requested that anyone that had the e-mail response from Cliff Flowers...repost it. No one has yet...still hoping it will resurface. In it Cliff talked of carefully wording the F/U letter I believe.

I'm thinking Feb. is in. Fut/Vert theory needs further exploration, imo, which could find nothing from J's to date..but coming. Still don't like what I see as insiders buying having knowledge of something that shareholders do not. I would bet that if retail knew that the J's were still undergoing an audit situation with TPL....we would NOT be @.30
