Yesterday's SP Decline

I attribute yesterday's price decline to shareholders expecting a USPTO re-exam decision on the 148. Shareholders thought it was going to be issued last Friday at the latest. With no news on Tuesday, it was obvious that it wasn't issued last week. The market seems to really hate it when something that is supposed to happen doesn't happen - as we all know to well.
