It seems (to me) almost definite that German companies infringing on the MPP will be required under German law to pay for a license. In typical PTSC fashion, the SP is drooping and the volume is actually lower than normal. I'm starting to believe that nothing would happen to the SP even if we receive an all telling clarification from RG. I guess the SP will only move when we're sitting on a mountain of cash and the cash is coming in fast and furios.
