I agree with you. Unless there is a huge offer being dicussed, we should have agressively sought new councel and pursued Moore and absolutlely told Beatie to forget about collecting any fees. But the way managment has backpeddled away from the suit you have to wonder if all we had was Higgins.(And if that is true we had no business suing anyone)Untold millions of past/future 336 royalties have been flushed with the signing of AMD and most likely INTC as well. Is it now up to the small co`s to foot the royalty fee bill so we have a monthly revenue stream? Most of my shares were bought at .04 so I guess I can live with almost anything that happens, but I do feel bad for many shareholders that had faith in the management fools. Joe
