we agree then. the .285 shares went to cover. broker/dealer will short sell to create a market. imo, this was not a retail short interest, but rather, a broker/dealer that short sold at .30-.31 covering at .27-.28. hence, your buy didn't fill. (i feel like chit, going to dr. feels like the friggin flu)
