The way I understood the press releases and the 3rd Qtr. webcast (which is probably still avail. to listen to) was that AMD licensed our patent portfolio of 7 patents. One of those patents is, of course, the 336. In that license AMD is allowed to make,have made and sell to it`s customers product that incorporates these patents. They paid a fee, but there will be no ongoing royalty payments.

AMD also licensed the Ignite microprocessor family including Inflame. For this they paid a fee. AMD claims they have no plans to use Ignite, but if they do our agreement with them calls for a royalty fee schedule.
