The Alliacense/TPL approach seems to be to [deliberately] mislead the reader in terms of ownership of the MMP portfolio, to the point that an uninformed reader might believe Alliacense/TPL own the MMP portolio 100%..

I also believe this is yet another example of a BOD that hasn't a clue about running a business - the Cymer license doesn't even show on the PTSC website yet.
