I expect a win for us with the Markman Ruling

Recertified Patents.. A previous Federal Court Markman covering most of the same points that was considered a win... TPL has to have the MMP to market because their other portfolios will be worth much less without the MMP.. How else will Leckrone finance all his other litigations?

Is it possible the Markman does not go our way... of course.. but IMO there is less of a chance of that happening than a victory for us...

Will winning the Markman automatically make the shareprice rocket.. I doubt it.. but it will make it much more likely to in the future.
