"something" = experience of the last six years.

In the end of 2005 the future seemed so incredible bright and no one could imagine the agonizing decline of both licence fees and the shareprice - but it happened.

No one could imagine our close partner would betray us - but it happened.

As we got the '336 validated by the USPTO last year no one could imagine that we'd suffer another year - but it happened.

And as the first Markman Hearing was finished this year no one could imagine we would have to wait so long for the results of the Judge and more no one could imagine another Markman Hearing woud take place - but it happened.

In a nut shell:
Everytime something positive happened we thought it to be the final turn and the opposite happened.
Hence we all are not only waiting for the relieving PR from the company but numbers which strongly indicate the final turn to the positive has come.
Needles to say that some shares purchases especially from our Interim CEO Cliff Flowers would give a huge confidence.
