Your statements about being intent on turning Cliff Flowers against shareholders strongly suggest you are not a shareholder now. Gloria is a true shareholder, Cliff barely scrapes in with his minor holding and Carlton owns no shares (Options don't count until exercised). So by implication you are trying to turn Cliff against Gloria?

So, you're probably not a shareholder and you claim to be intent on turning Cliff against shareholders. Why? You admit to being a greedy capitalist (I paraphrase) but what do you gain from this quest?
