Big seller in the market today offering thousands of shares and very small bid. I guess some people are not sure of a victory at the itc.

Not quite sure I agree with your analysis since the big seller is close to to top of PTSC's trading range. You could be right and the stock could go back into its .10 - .12 range.

But I'm hoping for a big buy and a push to at least .13 on 1 million plus today. Doesn't look like that will happen but nice volume around here would be good too.
