what if we now, late, but may be not late enough, look at the EP 730, the european counterpart of the MMP.

The burden of proof for "Non-infringement" is with the infringers. European Patent Law is in reversal of the burden of proof to the "great" U.S. System....

Lot lesser influence of the Management and Lobbyists of the U.S. Industry and Politics....
