How come there was no long overdue but well timed PR to shareholders about our general situation, where they could have also strategically included a statement indicating confidence in the Trial courts thorough analysis and findings where they sided with our Claims Construction, and subsequent jury Trial verdict in our favor ?

Did Cliff and the BOD think no one would know about the Appeal, that there was no reason or value to get infront of the Appeal news ? Was that it, or did they not want competition for the seller, or are they just too damn scared to open their mouths ?

We have crap management and leadership, it's that simple.
