Buried in the multiple documents which constitute this Pacer one finds, regarding Mr. Venkidu, .....

"Allegations suggesting that anyone other than myself is making decisions for TPL or that I am somehow “controlled” by any other party by various parties in this case are untrue."

AND

"...CEO.....who shall report and be responsible to a two-member review board..."

A contradiction? Did the "review board" approve the first statement?
