More than a "little" confused. Yesterday was routine housekeeping on the books. The Judge is comparing and reviewing both Plans and said he will then give his comments to the two parties but only with respect to how to make each plan coherent, consistent and focused on the future (my words). Then he will set a date for the next hearing on the Plans. Keep watching (and reading!) the Pacers.
