For what it's worth- It looks to me that B&N was given the opportunity to settle as a way for us to dodge the Kessler bullet. Maybe the odds were in our favor but our side decided to not take the chance. To use a medical analogy - A doctor says you have a 90% chance of living without surgery and 100% with the surgery. Do you have the procedure just to make sure?
