If there would be any way to get the letter before the bankruptcy Judge anew that would be great in my opinion......as the Judge referenced the "I told you so" moment that Moore's attorney (??) raised....

We need as many "I told you so" moments to hammer home the Judge's mistake in confirming the plan that now has no license agreements being signed and no money being generated as Dan L. dupted the Judge, court, PS,...essentially everyone involved..holding everything hostage in order to get his way...
