Have you read the exhibits? Seems to me that Cliff drew the red line in the sand for Alliacense to produce the list of infringers and work related products more than once. All bark and no bite....again. Looking ahead, arbitration, I believe is scheduled for May.

I guess the BK judge believes that the BK court has no jurisdictiion over the Novation Agreement dispute.

One other thing, reading through the exhibits I believe I read that Dominion was close to signing a license agreement for more money than Alliacense had projected for that particular infringer, however,they cannot move forward without the related work products. I found it encouraging that perhaps the license agreement dollar amounts could in fact end up being higher than what Alliacense may have projected them to be.
