Why else one would ask... If Chapter 7, we may have an even harder time getting our mitts on the work product...

Davis gets 2% commission for four currently pending non-MMP projects... Looks like HP, Epson, Micron and Canon are still on the hook to TPL... I wonder if these non-MMP deals were dicsclosed to the BK court (I don't remember seeing anything about this) or is Davis ferreted this out thru some investigations?

I believe the answer is yes but did PTSC/PDS sign licenses with these four?
