I don't disagree but surely there is a lot of the reverse engineering already exposed to PDS as evidence at ITC and MMP HTC hearings. I will never understand how Leckrone got away with moving the MMP 1/2 ownership out of TPL and into his daughter's company and then files Ch 11 against TPL, having pre-drained TPL of major IP and cash assets.
